- We are not responsible for damage to property, lawns, driveways, or underground utilities if we are required to move equipment or structures across them.
- Customers must inform us of any known hazards or restrictions prior to the scheduled move.
5. Payments
- Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or Venmo.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for damage to sheds or contents not disclosed, inadequately built, or already structurally compromised.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to delays, weather, or access issues.
- Customers must remove all valuables and secure loose items inside the shed prior to transport.
7. Insurance
- We carry Automotive liability insurance. However, customers are encouraged to maintain their own coverage for high-value structures or contents.
- Our insurance does not cover internal shed contents or damages due to customer negligence or inaccurate information.
8. Intellectual Property
